These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our social media and website marketing services ("Services") provided by Rudy's Marketing , ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging with our services, you ("Client", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services, which may include but are not limited to:

Social media management and content creation

Paid social media advertising

Influencer marketing coordination

SEO and website content development

Website analytics and reporting

Campaign planning and execution

All services will be detailed in a written agreement or proposal prior to the start of work.

2. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver services effectively, you agree to:

Provide timely access to necessary accounts and platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics, etc.)

Supply accurate information and brand assets (e.g. logos, style guides, product details)

Respond to feedback and approvals within agreed timelines

Comply with all relevant laws, including advertising standards and data protection rules

3. Content Ownership and Usage

All content created for you (text, graphics, videos, etc.) remains the intellectual property of Rudy's Marketing until full payment is received.

Upon payment, ownership of final approved content will transfer to you, except for stock images or third-party tools governed by separate licenses.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

4. Payments and Fees

All services will be invoiced as outlined in your service agreement.

Late payments may incur a [X]% monthly fee.

Any out-of-scope work or urgent requests may be subject to additional charges, which will be agreed upon in advance.

5. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with [30] days' written notice.

Services performed up to the termination date will be billed and must be paid in full.

In the case of breach of contract or non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we strive to achieve excellent results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. follower growth, sales increases, or SEO rankings) due to the dynamic nature of digital marketing platforms.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose confidential information shared during the course of our engagement, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

Losses resulting from third-party platform outages, changes in algorithm, or account restrictions

Indirect or consequential damages resulting from marketing activities

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the [last 3 months] of service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United states.

10. Rudys marketing ​

 You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.​

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.​
